Rena Schleter has been diving for eight years, and is one of our newest instructors. She is married to Bob Schleter, another Aquatech instructor. “I became an instructor because I was obsessed with diving. My wish was to spread the joy. It’s also something my husband and I can share together for many years to come. I also thought it would be nice to have a female dive instructor at the shop…I am woman, hear me roar!”

Rena has a lot of hobbies, of course with diving being number one. She also likes to knit, quilt, camp, garden, exercise, and scrapbook. Being the ‘fish’ that she is….her day job is being a physical education teacher at Tecumseh Jr. Sr. High School, where she teaches kids to swim!
