What is a "Try Scuba"? - The Try Scuba session listed before each class start date is a free session designed to allow a potential student the opportunity to try diving before signing up for a class. A Try Scuba is absolutely free and Aquatech tries to schedule a session nearly every month. Space is limited in these sessions, please call ahead & reserve your place. All minors must be chaperoned by a parent or guardian in order for us to obtain written permission before allowing the minor to participate in the Try Scuba Session. A Try Scuba is NOT part of the actual class. A Aquatech Instructor will be on-hand to explain the dive gear, help you get into the gear and into the water (shallow end ONLY) and answer any questions you may have regarding scuba or the upcoming class.
